Providing this website

When you visit this website, connection data required for its delivery is transmitted to the web server. Your choice is stored for up to 365 days in the cookie walkuer_privacy_preferences_v3 and, where available, in local browser storage under walkuer.privacy.preferences.v3. Analytics with Matomo

When you visit the website, we load Matomo from analytics.strategus.one independently of the optional comfort preference. Walkür Technology uses this Matomo installation to analyse page views, project transitions, contact actions and downloads. This processes visited and referring pages, timestamps, browser and device information, and a visitor identifier assigned through cookies. Your IP address is transmitted to the analytics server and is not anonymised there. Contact actions distinguish displaying, copying and clicking an email address; they do not establish that a message was sent. These statistics help us understand how the website is used and how it performs.

Matomo uses cookies prefixed with _pk_. The visitor identifier is retained for up to 365 days, referral information for up to 180 days, and the session identifier for 30 minutes. Page and link addresses sent to Matomo retain only campaign parameters; parameters in referring addresses are removed. The optional language preference does not enable or disable these statistics.

Optional comfort feature

If you enable “Comfort”, we remember your selected language in local browser storage under walkuer.privacy.locale.v1. This can open the English version when you return to the root address. The entry is removed when you withdraw this choice or visit again after the choice has expired. The legal bases are Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Fonts, graphics and styles are hosted locally without external font or CDN services. No advertising services are embedded.

Links to Strategus One and other websites are ordinary links. The respective website is only accessed when you follow a link. Its own privacy notice applies to its data processing.

Retention

Personal data is processed only for as long as required for its purpose. For technical access data, the requirements of secure operation and error analysis are decisive. Contact data is retained to handle an enquiry and any necessary follow-up. Statutory retention obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
